Anxious Speakers is a prototype for a fictive app designed to support individuals with social anxiety. The app offers guidance and resources to help users navigate difficult social situations, such as group presentations and interviews, through exercises like meditation and positive affirmations. This innovative project aims to provide practical support for those struggling with social anxiety.
This app is a recent project that has evolved from a dissertation written by Camilla Kengo and Evelyn Aira (me) on social anxiety, with extensive research on the topic. The project offers science-based and holistic suggestions on how to improve the condition, including CBT, mindfulness, and therapy. This work aims to showcase the team's findings and offer valuable insights into addressing social anxiety
